İptal ve İade Koşulları
GENEL:
1.Kullanmakta olduğunuz web sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiğiniz takdirde, size sunulan ön bilgilendirme formunu ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesini kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.2.Alıcılar, satın aldıkları ürünün satış ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (RG:27.11.2014/29188) hükümleri ile yürürlükteki diğer yasalara tabidir.
3.www.hava.ist web sitesi ve havaist mobil uygulaması üzerinden kullanıcıların hesabına yüklediği bakiye karşılığında ürettiği QR kodun geçerlilik süresi 3 gün (72 saat) tir. 3 gün içinde kullanılmayan QR kodlar geçerliliğini yitirir. Bir durak dahi seyahat edilmemiş olsa bilet ücretinin iadesi yapılamamaktadır.
4. Kullanıcının hesabına yüklenen bakiye sadece kullanıcıya aittir. Kullanıcı kredi yüklemesi yaptıktan sonra herhangi bir sebeple hesabındaki bakiyeyi geri çekemez.
5. •Vodafone Promosyon kodu araçlarımızda art arda birden fazla kez kullanılmamaktadır. •Vodafone Promosyon Kodu ile alınan biletlerde yanlış hat seçimi veya farklı bir sebeple iptal ve iade işlemi uygulanamamaktadır. Bu nedenle Vodafone Promosyon kodu ile alınan biletlerde doğru hattın seçildiğinden emin olunması gereklidir. Diğer biletlerde olduğu gibi Vodafone aracılığıyla alınan QR kod biletin geçerlilik süresi de 3 (Üç) gündür
İADE KOŞULLARI:
ALICI SATICI’dan kaynaklı mücbir sebepler(trafik yoğunluğu) halinde hava.ist adresinde taahhüt edilen varış süresinin üzerinde bir sürede havalimanına ulaşırsa SATICI ALICI’nın kullandığı bakiye tutarını yine ALICI’nın hesabına iade etmekle yükümlüdür.Cayma hakkının kullanılması nedeniyle SATICI tarafından düzenlenen kampanya limit tutarının altına düşülmesi halinde kampanya kapsamında faydalanılan indirim miktarı iptal edilir.
İPTAL KOŞULLARI:
Web sitesi ya da uygulama üzerinden satın alınan biletler 3 gün süre ile kullanılmak üzere geçerlidir. Mücbir sebepler dışında bilet iptali yapılmamaktadır.ŞİRKET

GENERAL:

3.The validity period of the QR code generated in return for the balance uploaded to the account of the users via the www.hava.ist website and the havaist mobile application is 30 days (1 month). QR codes not used within 30 days expire. Even if one stop has not been traveled, the ticket fee cannot be refunded.
4. The balance uploaded to the user's account belongs only to the user. The user cannot withdraw the balance in his account for any reason after the credit is loaded.
5.Tickets purchased with Vodafone Promotion Code cannot be canceled or refunded due to wrong line selection or any other reason. For this reason, it is necessary to make sure that the correct line is selected for tickets purchased with Vodafone Promotion code. As with other tickets, the validity period of the QR code ticket is 30 (thirty) days.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
In case of force majeure (traffic density) caused by
BUYER SELLER & rsquo;, if it reaches the airport within a period exceeding the promised arrival time at hava.ist The SELLER is obliged to return the balance used by the BUYER to the BUYER's account.
If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Tickets purchased through the website or app are valid for 30 days. Tickets are not canceled except for force majeure.
